It’s the first Friday of the month and time for another Flashback! This month we feature a bright and yummy kitchen – just in time for summer! The pops of yellow and displays of décor is sure to give you a little buzz and fill you with energy. We love this space and hope you do too! This space was transformed with new cabinets filled with great storage solutions (not normally in our scope, but sometimes cabinets need to be replaced), countertops, backsplash, fixtures (yes, we included a dreamy farm house sink!), and lastly, we incorporated a bar area, perfect for a cool drink this summer! Not to mention, we love the pop of yellow on the sliding door that conceals the laundry space (see photos below!). To get all the details, keep reading below!
As mentioned above, replacing cabinets with new ones is not usually in our scope, but sometimes that’s just what the client needs. On the perimeter we have cabinets from Kemper, in maple wood, Provence door style, and white paint. The island is also from Kemper, in maple, Provence door style, with a painted Cloud finish.
The neutral colored countertops feature a Himalayan White granite which looks great with both the finishes of the cabinets.
One of our favorite features of this space is the cozy harm-house sink! It’s a Kohler Whitehaven sink in White. Speaking of a Kohler farm-house sink, have you seen our pro’s and con’s blog? Check it out here! Lastly, the sink is paired with a Newport Brass Fairfield faucet in polished nickel.
Join us again next month!
